i'm 18!!!

yay!! i'm now of legal age to do all the illegal things.. haha, dat's wat i keep tellin ppl.. anyway, i wish today will last.. so i can keep tellin ppl, i turned 18 on 18, bcuz today happens to be the 18th of april.. hehe.. but anyway, happy birthday to me, haha..

updates (april)

2nd april: went for jpa scholarship interview
went for the interview in kepala batas.. b4 i got there, i was prayin dat i'll be among da early few to be interviewed.. when i got there, imagine how shocked i was when i viewed da list.. my wish did come true, dat i was the early few.. in fact, i was lucky number 1!! lol, as the saying goes, becareful with wat u wish for.. haha.. anyway, the interview went quite well and i went home after dat.. hehe..

3rd april : revolution tour

went for revo tour at FGA.. too lazy to describe wat happened la.. but in short, pastor kenneth was SO FUNNY!!! and everyone enjoyed themselves.. hehe..

4th april : celebratin b'day and first visit to coffee island

altho my birthday's 2 weeks from this date, but my dad and aunts could only come back to pg on da 4th, so i decided to celebrate my birthday with my family earlier la.. went to queens to buy my guitar first, hehe.. then went all the way to zealand cafe at gurney to have dinner.. after dat, we decided to head to coffee island for some drinks.. hehe.. was my first time there..

and bcuz it was raining, and the area covered with roof was fully occupied.. we split into two groups and sat under the table covered by the umbrellas.. hehe..

then, it was time to order drinks..

and in the end, we've all reached a verdict, which was.. for the reputation coffee island has received, the drinks were VERY dissappointing.. the chocolate drinks were TOO sweet and the coffee based drinks werent fragrant, in short, it wasnt good la.. and seriously, da decoration on the hot drinks.. da ones i make at my work place are even nicer.. i was so dissapointed bcuz i've heard so much about this place and as the saying goes 'indah khabar daripada rupa'..

6th april: yayasan khazanah global scholarship interview

few days back, i received a call from khazanah national, askin me to go to kl for an interview.. so i went down to kl, stayed at dad's place in negeri sembilan.. the venue was PNB darby park hotel.. when we got there, we were sent on a wild goose chase.. turns out, there were THREE PNB buildings there.. one was da main administration, the other was the office lots and lastly, hidden at the back was the hotel.. gosh, so tiring..

then after my interview, my dad and i went to pavilion.. and went window shopping.. hehe..

paul frank!!! wanted to buy the button badges, but they're freakin rm15 for 3.. so freakin ex k!!!

then, we continued walkin around, and i saw this painting.. if i'm not mistaken, it was an oil pastel painting.. ok, now lemme tell u all wat i did.. when i first saw this, my first reaction was to touch it cause the surface was uneven and i wanted to know was media was used.. then i decided to take a pic of it.. and dat was when i saw, posted on the right hand side of the painting... (see picture below)

hahahahaha, ah well, din meant to disobey da rules, but i did.. hehe..

then, we decided to have dinner.. so we went upstairs to the floor which has all the restaurants.. we went to wong kok char chan teng..

i ordered cheese baked rice with pork chop.. OMG, this is like, da best thing i've ever tasted wei.. i'm so gonna eat it again the next time i head down to kl..

dad's glass noodles with mussels soup.. for someone like me who doesnt like mussels, i'd say the soup was real nice.. ('',)

and we also ordered cheese baked chicken wings, yum!

then came da drinks..

my iced honey peach passion fruit tea.. yea, i know it's a breathful sayin it, haha.. lemme explain to u da size of it..i have huge hands and my hand's only bout half of it.. so, yea, imagine how big it is la.. it was suppose to be for two ppl, but the waiters din tell us, eesh..

then, after dinner, we were heading back to the car park when i saw times bookstore.. and i decided to enter (pity my dad, he was already so tired d, but his youngest daughter stil wanna jalan-jalan, haha)

BEAR BEAR! correction, HUGE BEAR! haha, i cant have it, so i shall take a pic wif it.. dat was wat i told my dad and he jus kept laughin.. ('',)

and i left the place with two novels.. i miss readin novels.. hehe..

and i jus love the times plastic bag.. and then, we head for home ('',)

7th april : my (sort of) first guitar lesson

now dat i got my guitar, i decided to start learnin la.. and my tutor is none other than... *drum rolls* miss AUDELIA CHOO.. haha.. went to her house after i dropped my mum at work.. and she taught me for about 2 hours, after dat i keep complainin dat my fingers hurt real bad.. so we ended da lesson la.. haha.. then, i head for home.. wanted to go queens but the rain was so darn heavy i couldnt even see da car right in front of me (and mind you, it was darn scary to drive when u cant see wat's ahead of u k..) then few hours after dat, bro's gf called and asked if i had dinner.. so, they came back from work, picked me up from home by which the rain already subsided and we went to queens, hehe.. i missed eating the cheese baked rice, so we ended up going kimgary.. but unfortunately, their cheese baked rice wasnt as gud as the one in wong kok char chan teng..
