RC Annual General Meeting..
sigh, last day as an RC Section Leader.. i used to shrug at the idea of having to stay back in school until 4 o'clock and not being able to get some shut-eye before my add maths tuition.. but, when the day finally came for the form5s to hand over their post and retire.. well, most of us, i would say, tak sampai hati.. haha, and us Section Leaders decided to leave our trademark in our respective group books.. hehe.. then, it was time for us to vote for the new AJKs, and our "wonderful" youth officer aka teacher advisor, ms chow, decided to come up with a "brilliant" new format.. which is, only those who have attended annual parade twice before, can be voted for the top posts.. wat the heck was that all about? well, long story short, to tell u all, how "wonderful" the plan worked out.. those who were SOOOOOO committed in RC for the past years (but sadly were not able to attend annual parade twice due to personal issues) din get any post.. and all those cacat ppl who have done almost about NOTHING, i repeat, NOTHING got the post.. and miss chow dare call me blind cuz i nominated a girl who went to annual parade once!.. i was so mad at that moment, but i pity the girl more.. even when it was a UNANIMOUS nomination by the seniors and alot others, ms chow decided to turn a deaf ear and ignore us.. well, the only thing i can say is, good luck to the new batch of RC AJKs.. the only reason why i think RC will survive is because kai sing, xin fang, cherylene and yvonne are holdin the top 4 posts.. the other top posts? ha, i have no comment watsoever.. (us SLs held on onto our books until the end of the AGM, and then, it was time for us to say goodbye, haha)

last day as ELS president.. well, pn gan aka ELS teacher advisor came up with a new voting format too (wat's wif the teachers and having new formats, sheesh) each member was given a sheet of paper, which audelia, xin fang and i had to do the tedious job of preparing ALL the papers for them, where they nominate ppl for all the posts available in ELS.. then, pn gan will decide herself and choose among the ppl nominated to hold the respective posts, which she will announce later on.. but, that has nothing to do with the form5s dla.. then, she held crossword puzzle competition.. that was when i left to go home.. pn gan said i was setting bad example to others, hehe, but it wasn't my fault i had driving lesson on the same day.. 2AGMs done, 4AGMs to go..

4) I'm hooked on tv (altho SPM is coming)
5) I love champagne rose (although it looks dull and pale in pictures)
6) I'm REALLY hoping to get Petronas scholarship.. erm, does this count as a random fact?

8) I really like someone but i wonder if it's a one way thing.. and the last time i spoke to him was two months ago..

my driving lessons
june 22: MY FIRST DRIVING LESSON!!! hahaha, erm, on the scale of 1 to 10 of
terrible, i would say it was 7.. hahaha, well, it was fun, but bcuz i wasn't used to
my instructor's askin me to do several things at one go, i sorta panic.. ALOT.. hahaha.. to the point that he stopped me half way, and drove me home instead of lettin me drive home, so embarassin.. but overall, it WAS fun la.. haha..
june 25: my 2nd driving lesson.. hahaha, yay, suprisingly, i got used to my instructor's instructions and i din panic.. and i mastered three point turn n stopping on the hill d.. hahah.. parking, only did twice so, nt much to say bout it.. then my instructor let me drive home.. YAY!
june 27 & 29 : my third and fourth driving lesson.. erm, driving is so fun.. hahaha..
we did da usuals la, going up the hill, parkin, three point turn and driving on the road.. hahaha, and on our third lesson, hui ting n i did the same mistake.. while parking, hui ting knocked down a pole while my bumper 'kissed' the pole.. haha..
july 1 : 5th driving lesson.. and today, we went to bukit minyak (bukit mertajam) to drive in Melati driving school.. (i think soon lee has partnership wif melati or sumthin lidat la) i learnt driving in route A and route D on the road today..
driving in melati is SO DARN SCARY!!!!! there were SO many cars driving at the same time, the parking spots and the three point turn area is so close that i almost get heart attack everytime i turn out of the three poin turn area.. and the car i drove has a mind of its own even when i step on nothing else but the clutch, the car can move as though i'm steppin on the accelerator.. and there was one girl who was like, flirting with the insructor.. bleh...
july 4 : JOCELYN'S BIRTHDAY!!! happy birthday gal!!! hahaha, we surprised her in school by buying a cake and celebrating wif her during recess.. and she started crying..
then, after skool, her sis brought cupcakes for her, which were ordered and custom made.. there were four inside, and the toppings on each cupcake were rilli cute : her pictue, bao chunlai's picture (her fav badminton player), shuttlecock and badminton racquet..
and she started crying again.. and this NICOLE ar!!! ppl cry, she also cry.. swt-ness, haha..
my 6th driving lesson.. i learnt driving route C today.. the routes are one section of the driving test, where the tester will pick a route and we hafta drive along the route.. meaning we hafta remember all the roads, sigh.. and the funny thing is, there's Route A, Route c and Route d.. but no Route B.. hmmm..
and when i was driving inside, SOME FREAKING LADY
jus suddenly cut my queue after i waited for several minutes and was finally my turn to park.. i got even madder when the instructor laughed.. after dat, i told hui ting about my experience and i got even madder at myself when hui ting told me i shud have horned at the lady.. i didn't i think of dat.. ARGH.. but i calmed down soon after, after thinkin bout it..
there'll be lots of ppl like her in the future while driving on the road.. i shall jus take this experience as "practice"
6 lessons left and 2 lessons left to go.. and my driving test is on JULY 14TH!!!
gosh, ppl, pray for me dat i won't make any major mistakes dat'll make me fail..

haha.. haven't been able to come online for a really long time
and since MISS SOFIA screamed at me (hyperbole) in tuition for not updatin my blog.. guess i'll update now.. haha.. btw, wat is freaking wrong wif blogspot nowadays? i cant even upload a single pic.. ARGH
june 20: my dearest mummy's birthday.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! (altho her b'day's
already passed and i wished her already.. hehe) we went to Manhattan's fish market
(the one in new world park) to celebrate.. i've heard about but have not tried the one in queensbay, which every1 who i've known to have eaten there b4 say the food sucks, but.. those who have not, should try the one in new world park.. my gudness,
the food is scrumptious.. love it.. haha..

my mum's cake.. it's called opera cake (consisting of 12 alternating layers or chocolate, cake n dunno wat)

june 21: Law Olympiad organized by HELP university..
overall it was really fun.. we played 5 round of games..
whodunit(round 1) where we're suppose to read some cases and determine who da culprit or murderer is (gosh, i din know it can be so mind-twisting.. swt-ness)
general knowledge (round 2) this round okok la.. testin general knowledge..
(can't remember round 3)
wat's ur verdict (round 4) where we play da role of judge and determine whether da person is guilty/not guilty or should/should not be compensated, and state da reason for our choice..
reason.able (round 5) where we're given a topic to discuss about n we hafta write bout the pros and cons in a mind map.. the two titles given to us were..
''should children be allowed to emancipate themselves from their parents'' and
''should the jury system be introduced in m'sia'' (or sumthin lidat)
june 26: AFS student exchange programme interview.. i would be lying if i say i wasn't nervous at first.. and the best part was, i was so 'lucky' to be da last person to go in.. sheesh..
but when i finally got into the room, i was greeted by two friendly interviewers, one of which i've met b4 at my skool roadshow.. haha, they started askin me questions.. like, why did i choose canada as my first choice.. if i was given a chance to go, how will i tell the people there (includin my foster parents) about m'sia.. etc.. and the funniest part of my interview was..
they ask me why did i choose YES scholarship (for those who wanna go US) when i'm going canada..
n i indicated that i tot canada was in US.. they started laughin at me.. hahaha..
hey, it wasn't my fault.. i asked a number of ppl soon after, n a number of them tot canada was in US too! after da interview, we played games and socialised wif the other candidates.. hahaha, i haven't had so much fun since comin to f4.. ('',)

L.O.V.E.
love? wat is love?
to some, love means the world to them..
to some, it is just another four letter word that exist in the dictionary..
love, to different people, means different things..
in fact, hate is also a form of love..
the very opposite actually..
anyway, here are some ways the word 'love' can be used..
for instance:
1)the phrase 'love up' means to hug and cuddle..
2)'for love' would mean out of affection or liking..
3)then, there's ''for the love of'' which is to mean ''for the sake of''
and the MOST commonly used phrase of this would be ''for the love of God!''
yeah, i'm sure u've heard of DAT one before..
4)there's also another 'provocative' two-word phrase using the word 'love'
which i shall not mention here.. but for those with minds SHARP enuf (or to be precise, TWISTED minds!), you should most probably figure out wat dat phrase could be.. ('',) (lenard lee, ur one of them, haha)
but for me, love...
is a passionate affection for another person, be it ur family, friends or even dat special someone.
love...
is when i'm surrounded by my family and friends and i realise, (heaving a sigh of content)
i am thankful for everything i have..
love...
is when i fall and scrape my knee and i realise.. God loves me for letting me fall..
so that i can pick myself up after every fall and to know that ''what doesn't kill me makes me stronger''

so, to those of you who HAVE found love, cherish each and every one
of ur loved ones.. u'll never know when it'll be too late..
for those who have not,.. fret not! u WILL sooner or later find it in ur life..

ok, i havent been able to go online for these past few days so da first thing i wanna say is WOOHOO!!! DAVID COOK WON!!! I LOVE DAVID COOK!!! hahaha.. i love his winning song : Time Of My Life..
2ndly, teachers' day celebration in my skool was a BLAST!!! this is by far THE best teachers' day celebration we've ever had.. the best performance was da one done by the drama club in my skool.. call me pathetic but i was so touched dat i was moved to tears.. haha.. (but sadly i cant post the video up becuz miss LIM CHIEW WEN still din send to me yet! eesh, she owe me so many photos too) come to think of it, it's my last teachers' day celebration.. sigh, so sad..
24/5/2008 : went for my sister's convocation.. well, she's nt exactly graduating la.. she just finished her studies here and is going to edinburgh uni, uk in september.. after dat, we went to pavilion.. jalan jalan, window shop (mind you, pavilion stuff isn't very cheap) went to swatch.. da watch i wanted was sold out d.. haha.. and i saw da bracelet i wan! gosh, it's so darn nice!! i wanted to take pic of me wearing the bracelet but the guy stared at me da whole time, i din dare to do anything except wear and return to him..
then jalan, saw and tried a really nice top from seed but mum din let me buy it cuz it's kinda pricey.. after jalan again, bought sushi home, dad bought other food also and we all sat down to eat.. well, today also happens to be my aunt's birthday! hahaha, we suprised her wif a cake.. tiramisu.. ate then i followed her back to her house.. my cousin and i sat down watching RYAN HIGA videos on youtube.. gosh, he's so darn funny..
